Are these frames guaranteed to fit my diploma?

Yes each frame is specifically designed to fit your current diploma. Document insertion is easy – no tools are needed, nor are you required to send us the diploma.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Frames must be returned in their original condition and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If your frame arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so our team can determine the appropriate next steps.

How long will it take to receive my frame?

Your order will generally ship within 5 business days of being placed. Ground shipping from the Virginia facility can take 2-3 days to locations on the east coast and 5-6 days to the west coast.

Where are the frames manufactured?

Our diploma frames are manufactured and shipped in the USA by an independently owned and operated partner in Lexington, VA.

What materials are used to make these frames?

Our frames are handcrafted in the USA using moulding selected for its exquisite grain and lustrous finish and specially imported for us.
All materials are museum quality for a lifetime of use.
Our matting and backboard are acid free to preserve your diploma from yellowing. Protective glass is an added measure of safety and security.
